The waves today behind the Happy Surfing Okinawa surf camp are chest to head high on the outside and knee to waist on Kai's peak. Looks good for first time surfing being sheltered from the N. winds. Check deep wind protected bays for waves on the west coast today!!

The waves today are solid overhead with still a strong northerly push. Winds are strong  N. creating a side chop texture on the west coast. However there are options if your keen to seek. We checked local and found one reef that had some chunky peaks with no one out. Look for lighter and better direction winds the next day or 2.

The waves today behind the Happy Surfing Okinawa Camp are knee to waist high and semi clean. After heavy rains and winds things calmed in the pm and a small semi clean mixed swell is in the water. The exposed reefs could be seeing more size. Pictures taken in the pm low tide.

The waves today behind Happy Surfing Okinawa are none. Flat clean conditions. Looks great for a flatwater SUP.  A check of the exposed reefs found a few thigh high sets for the kids before the tide filled up.

The waves today behind the Happy Surfing Okinawa guest house are knee to waist high and clean. Looks great for kids, longboarding or SUP!! We checked the more exposed reefs and found head high plus hollow bowls. Winds not completly offshore but very surfable. Pictures from the exposed reefs mid am. Need a surfboard or SUP?
